Description
Towbin Buffer Tris-Glycine base is available in powder sachets to make 1 litre of 1x workingsolution for wet and semi-dry transfer techniques. Simply mix 800ml of 1x working solution with 200ml of methanol for complete 1x Towbin Transfer Bufferis available as a 10x concentrate and may be mixed with 900ml of distilled water to make a 1xworking solution.
