Hazards of medical waste

Treatment of medical waste

1、High pressure steam sterilization treatment

High temperature steam sterilization treatment is a simple, feasible, economical, reliable, fast and safe sterilization method. After sterilization treatment, medical waste can be used as the same as ordinary household waste for sanitary landfill.

2、Incineration

Incineration treatment is a high temperature oxidation treatment process. Within the incinerator furnace, medical wastes by around 1000 ℃ high temperature burning, can put the waste of fuel oxidation basically into carbon dioxide, water and ash, and achieved the disinfection sterilization and remove most of the pollutants, the purpose of the chemical active ingredient by oxidative, leaving inorganic components generated slag discharge, In this process, the volume of medical waste is reduced, its perishable nature is fully changed, and the residue from incineration is easily disposed of. 2、Crusher

Crusher is mainly used for crushing medical waste. The equipment is driven by 42CrMo material with high strength and heavy load, and equipped with 55SiCr rotary cutting tool. It can effectively cut and break medical waste through two axes staggered installation tool rotating towards each other. The crushing of the material is the comprehensive action of various stresses of the crusher, and also accompanied by the extrusion action of the fixed blade installed along the frame of the crusher.
